Terms of Use
By using Sakha you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
The service
Sakha, a product of Tiny Sprouts Creations, is an AI wellbeing and life-decision companion with chat, a decision engine, mood check-ins, calm tools, a health dashboard, an optional birth-chart perspective and safety features. Features may change over time.
Not medical advice; not an emergency service
Safety alerts to trusted contacts (by WhatsApp, email or push) can fail or be delayed, for example because of network, device, provider or contact-side problems. We do not guarantee that any alert will be sent or received. Never rely on Sakha as your only source of help.
AI limitations
Sakha uses AI (Claude by Anthropic). AI can be wrong, incomplete or misunderstand you. Its safety features have not yet been reviewed by a licensed psychologist. The optional birth-chart perspective is for reflection only and never decides Sakha’s recommendations. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Faith and astrology content
Sakha can explain what religious texts and traditions say, and can show traditional astrology (jyotish) such as birth charts, dashas and Kundli matching. This content is produced by AI and by traditional calculations. It has not been reviewed by religious scholars, priests or astrologers, and it can be wrong, incomplete or differ from what your own tradition or teacher says. It is not a religious ruling (such as a fatwa) and not professional advice. For rulings and important decisions, ask a scholar, priest or other person you trust in your own tradition. Astrology is offered as one traditional lens for reflection, not as a prediction or a fact.
Marriage, matching and relationships
Kundli matching, guna milan, match reports and marriage-preparation guides are for reflection only. They cannot tell you whether to marry or whom to marry, and they never replace your own judgement. A marriage needs the free consent of both people. You are responsible for any decision you make about marriage or a relationship.
Languages and translations
Sakha, these terms and our other policies are written in English. Every other language, in the app and on this website, is translated by AI and has not been checked by native speakers, so it may contain mistakes. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
Age
You must be 18 or older to use Sakha.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and free trial
Sakha has a 30-day free trial (once per person), then a subscription at the prices on our Pricing page. You can subscribe in the app through the App Store or Google Play, or on getsakha.com through Cashfree. Website purchases get a numbered tax invoice, emailed to you within a few hours of payment (and available at getsakha.com/account). Website purchases are available only in some countries; elsewhere you can subscribe in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: in your App Store or Google Play settings for app purchases, or at getsakha.com/account for website purchases, before the renewal date. App purchases are refunded under Apple’s or Google’s policy; website purchases under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Invite credits are promotional AI credits for use in Sakha: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, expire 14 days after they are given, and may be withdrawn if the invite system is misused. Crisis help, helplines, trusted contacts and SOS are always free. Some features that use our most advanced AI model, such as decision analysis and jataka reading, start with the paid subscription.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Sakha to harm others or break the law.
- Don’t misuse trusted-contact invites, for example by adding someone without their knowledge or sending invites to harass.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Content and IP
You own what you write. You give Tiny Sprouts Creations permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sakha’s software, design and brand belong to Tiny Sprouts Creations and may not be copied without permission.
Termination; deleting your account
You can stop using Sakha and delete your account and data at any time in the app (Me → Privacy & data → Delete everything). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service. App subscriptions are cancelled in the store; website subscriptions at getsakha.com/account, and deleting your account cancels a website subscription straight away.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sakha is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, and Tiny Sprouts Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions you make using Sakha. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Your mandatory consumer rights in your own country are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
